Karma Class with Pat

Join Pat for a BASIC level class on

SATURDAY, AUGUST 9
6 – 7:15 p.m.

This class is all-levels; you must be able to get up and down from the floor. The class is moderately-paced and modifications will be offered.

If you’ve ever wanted to try a Basic class (which Pat teaches regularly on Mondays), come out and join us as we do yoga and help our community!

This Karma class will benefit local food pantries. The fee for attendance: Please bring a donation as listed below:

--Individual rolls of paper towels (MicroPantries don’t usually have space for the multi-packs)
--Dish soap
--Powdered milk or shelf-stable milk (nothing that needs to be refrigerated)
--Boxes of tissues (any size)
--Shampoo/conditioner/styling gel (no aerosol cans, please!)
--Toothpaste
--Feminine hygiene products/Wipes
--Gift cards for: grocery stores ($20 or more), Dunkin, Burger King, etc. (Restaurants - suggested $15)
--Cash donations also welcome, if you don’t want to shop!

These donations will be distributed to local MicroPantry locations.
