Equipment Checkout, Uniform Fittings, & Physicals

Bring your football player and/or cheerleader to the Eudora Middle School on Saturday, August 2nd to be fitted for their uniforms for the 2025 season. Tackle football players will also be checking out equipment they will need this year. (Flag football players need not attend unless they need a physical). Please plan to come at the time assigned below.

Cheer - anytime between 9 &11
2nd/3rd graders - 9:00 - 10:00
4th graders - 10:00 - 10:20
5th/6th graders - 10:30 - 11:15
Remember that your child must be registered (www.eyfca.org) and paid in full in order to check out any equipment.

For those of you who still require one, $10.00 physicals will be offered as well. A parent MUST be present. To get a better idea for planning, we are asking that you fill out the google form listed below if you are intending to get a physical. This does not bind you to an appointment but will help us know the approximate number of kids we will be seeing. Also, to save time, for those getting a physical, please print and fill out the KSHSAA pre-participation form that is attached to this email. Bring it with you on August 2nd.
