BrightBirth Academy has a full birthing class worth of lessons to prepare you for your birthing experience. It will help you feel ready and calm for what is to come.
From education on how the body is designed to give birth, all the way to the baby’s first weeks, this 7 -week course offers a comprehensive dive into the childbirth experience.
We have a lactation specialist who comes to educate you on the part of breastfeeding!
Free refreshments are offered and these classes are free. If you already have children and feel like you need a refresher, this is a great class to take. We offer babysitting.
