Human Resources for Small Museums

Join the Small Museum PAG for their July meeting, focused on HR for the Small Museum. Where there are people, whether it be volunteers or employees, you need Human Resources. The HR problems that mid-large sized museums face are different than what the average small museum faces. For the small museum who might not know where to start or what level of human resources they need, Pam Thornton and Mark Adams from the Employers Association of the Northeast will discuss compliance, making the move from volunteers to employees, and how EANE is here to help.
