Next, you’ll learn to make Roasted Chicken Thighs with Peaches, Basil & Ginger—a savory-sweet dish where juicy peaches roast alongside tender chicken, infusing every bite with summery flavor and aromatic drippings.

And to finish? A rustic Peach Upside-Down Cake, with caramelized fruit topping a lightly spiced nutmeg-scented cake—simple, beautiful, and made to share.
