Registration required!
Join us as we allow the sights and sounds of the Nature Center to bring us back to OUR center. Spending time in nature and cultivating gratitude have been proven resiliency and promote well-being This walk is designed to help us enjoy these benefits. During a slow, easy 20–30-minute walk, we will take in nature's restorative qualities and give thanks for what we receive. Guidance for a simple gratitude exercise will be provided. Gratitude may be expressed privately in a personal way, but you are also welcome to openly hug a tree if you'd like! We will do some relaxation prior to the walk and have time to reflect afterwards.
Dress for the weather and wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy. Trekking poles may be helpful, as the grounds can be wet and slippery in some spots. The walk is rated as easy.
