👟Walk n 🦽 Roll -- Trail time for people of all abilities

Join us for Therapeutic Walk n Roll, a fun and inclusive walking and rolling group designed for individuals of all abilities and ages! Whether you're strolling or rolling, this is your chance to enjoy the fresh air, light exercise, and meaningful connections in a supportive outdoor setting.

What to Expect:
Light trail walks and wheeling at your own pace
Sensory scavenger hunts and nature games like shape search
Fresh air, friendly faces, and therapeutic recreation for everyone

What to Bring:
Comfortable shoes, lightweight clothing, a drink, towel, hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses
