Next session is at the cute Twelve the village
Thursday 24th July 6.30.

Regular meditation can improve any physical pain, lower blood pressure, improve our mental health, and make our DNA healthier! Meeting kind, considerate, fun people in itself can be good medicine.
I'll be bringing my wave drum to lean into the soothing sounds of the Ocean as you drift away into a state of relaxation.
