Our monthly Reiki Development Days in East Kilbride are open to anyone attuned to Reiki — whether you're at Level 1, 2, or Master level. These relaxed, enriching sessions offer far more than just a Reiki share. They're a chance to deepen your understanding, expand your skills, and keep your energy practice alive.

By attending regularly, you'll build consistency in your spiritual practice and gain valuable insights into how to use Reiki confidently in your everyday life.

Reiki meditation to centre and ground your energy
Energy exercises to increase your sensitivity and awareness
Journaling and reflection on the Reiki precepts
Open discussion and Q&A to support your Reiki journey
Group Reiki share — giving and receiving healing

A notebook and pen
A bottle of water
Anything you need for your comfort (e.g. cozy socks, cushion, fan)
