Relax and unwind by the sea with a sundown sound bath at Harbour Hotel St Ives for only £30 per person.
On Friday 22nd August from 6.30pm, join us for a peaceful evening overlooking the golden sands of Porthminster Beach with a soothing sunset sound bath led by Elizabeth Martin on our terrace.
Let the healing vibrations wash over you as the sun dips below the horizon.
Afterwards, from 8pm, nourish your body with a spread of wholesome, seasonal food and comforting herbal teas - a perfect complement to the serenity of the evening.
Enhance your inner zen and retreat to the HarSPA for one hour prior to the sound bath, for only an extra £10 from 5pm to 6pm.
In the event of wet weather, the event will take place in our Godrevy Suite.
Please bring:
Yoga mat and blanket
Comfortable clothes and warm layers
Small pillow or something to rest your head on
