An invitation to join myself and my wife Katrin, an artist and shamanic practitioner for a shamanic drum journey and sound bath during the summer solstice gateway.
We gather to honour the spirits of our ancestors to support our journey into the unseen realms and to help gain valuable insights and inspiration to support our spiritual growth and help maintain balance in our lives.
Allow this to further percolate away as you surrender into healing sounds and tones of the sound bath, a sonic massage for the soul. Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level.
I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.
Finishing off with an invitation to stay behind for some light nourishing snacks and teas to help ground the experience.
No requirement to bring any blankets, pillows or eye masks for the sound bath as they are all provided for.
Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.
