About the Chef
Chef Facundo is Argentine-born and based in Killarney. Founder of Tango Street Food and co-author of the TANGO #BlastaBooks cookbook, he brings a unique blend of Latin passion and Irish heart. Known for his masterful wood-fired pizza and authentic Argentine flavours, Facu now brings his lifelong love of the asado ritual to the open grounds of the Great Southern.
