From jams and jellies to chutneys and tonics, this workshop will use seasonal orchard fruit to teach you the art of harvest preserves. Under the careful direction of food waste advocate and preserving expert Rowen Halstead, you’ll visit the Museum’s heritage orchard before making fruit preserves to take away in our fabulous Demonstration Kitchen.
