After last year’s sell-out success, Men’s Reset Day returns in partnership with Action for Happiness, bringing together expert-led activities designed to help you recharge, reset, and take control of your well-being. Grounded in the 10 Keys to Happier Living, this full-day experience provides practical tools to support your mental and physical health long after the event is over.
You’ll hear from down-to-earth speakers with lived experience, get stuck into group activities (like the chance to try a sound bath and ice baths), and take time to breathe with guided walks and practical tools to move forward with purpose.
Whether you’re trying something new or just looking to clear your head, this is a great opportunity to reset and connect with others who are doing the same.
