Whether you’re new to plant based cookery or looking to broaden your veg based repertoire, you’ll gain confidence in the kitchen at Erin’s flagship 5 day vegetarian cookery course.

This immersive experience is a wonderful week of hands-on cooking and eye-opening demonstrations, where you will learn to create delicious seasonal and organic meals.

Erin will share culinary and nutritional expertise gained over decades of working with food, showing you how to create fine foundations with plant based sauces and stocks; how to use proteins such as tofu and tempeh as the building blocks for delicious dishes; and demonstrating modern and traditional recipes from around the world. You will also learn a foundation in baking a variety of bread, cakes and desserts.

You’ll learn more about why shopping seasonally is so important to health, and you’ll pick up professional tips and tricks that will help you become a natural in the kitchen.
