SING WORKSHOP - Topic: Swinging Odd (Vocal Grooves in 5s and 7s)

The Swinging Odd Workshop with Clara Montocchio focuses on singing and swinging in unusual time signatures while keeping a strong sense of groove. In 150 Minutes you’ll explore phrasing, rhythm, and improvisation in 5/4 and 7/8. This workshop is open to all curious voices—no advanced skills required.

About Clara Montocchio:
Vienna-based vocalist Clara Montocchio is known for her musicality, versatility, and expressive performances. A trained jazz singer, choirmaster and passionate Lindy Hopper, she founded Vienna's first all-female swing band, "The Thrill Seekers." With experience performing in renowned venues across Europe and beyond, Clara brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to this unique course.
