Gregor is an esteemed yoga teacher and author of nine bestselling yoga textbooks. He is a mystic and a profuse blog writer, covering topics on yoga and beyond. He travels the globe educating with passion, humour, insight, and wisdom.
Monica is a recognised and admired yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She dedicated her life to yoga and the healing arts. Being an accomplished Doctor of Chiropractic, she brings an extensive knowledge of the human physiology and anatomy.
During our weekend immersion:
- Monica will focus on balancing the pelvis, the literal seat of yoga,
- while Gregor will share insights on Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of Divine love — and Karma Yoga, exploring its connection to discovering and realising one’s Divine purpose.
The event is booking fast, spaces are limited.
