Parks and Recreation is excited to announce Evening POWER YOGA!

Come prepared to sweat! This class is based on the Baptiste Journey Into Power Flow. Class pace is moderate to fast paced. Practice includes Sun Salutations to build strength and heat in the body, twists, balancing poses, igniting poses such as back bends, abdominal work, hip openers, and more...all leading up to the final deep rest pose - savasana.

All levels welcome.

When: Tuesday, September 23rd, 6:30-7:30pm

What to Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat and/or towel
