BWAG Annual Butterfly Survey Day

This month is our annual butterfly survey around the rides, glades and meadows of Bredhurst Woods. This is a terrific opportunity to learn more about spotting and identifying the key species found at this time of year while also contributing to an important ecological survey. Field guides will be available. If you have binoculars they will be useful.

Please bring your own lunch and refreshments and dress for the weather - sun cream essential! This event is weather dependant so please keep an eye on this page in case rain is forecast.

Whether you are a regular volunteer or coming along for the first time, everyone is welcome. The day is led by Rob Pennington from Kent Wildlife Trust. Meet at 09:45 at the allotments in Hurstwood Road, Bredhurst ME7 3JZ
