Sacred Rest is a 60-minute practice of deep rest and renewal. You’ll move gently through restorative yoga — long-held, fully supported poses with props that calm the nervous system and encourage stillness.
Throughout the class, you’ll hear Yoga Nidra–inspired guidance—breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization—helping you enter a state between wakefulness and sleep. This continuous meditative flow creates a profound nervous system reset.
All bodies and levels are welcome. No experience needed. Wear cozy clothes and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
