Flagging Lesson w/ Instructor George Jagatic - 4:30pm SHARP

We are delighted to announce that we have a special treat for the flagger community: George Jagatic, Founder and Artistic Director of Axis Danz, one of the country's first professional flag dance companies, will be coming to teach his class here, Thursday, July 24th, from 4:30pm until 5:45pm.
While many are familiar with George's awesome lessons from Flagging In The Desert, Flagging Virtual Studio, and previous visits to SF, we don't get to see him often (it's a four-hour drive for him!). We would encourage you to come for this lesson, as it is a rare opportunity.
Please note that this is a 60-minute class that goes from 4:45pm until 5:45. This is a structured class where George builds again and again on material he teaches throughout the 60 minutes of his class, so please plan to be here at 4:30pm SHARP to check in with the instructor and do a short warmup with him. This will also allow you to get the maximum value from his class, and to minimize disruption to other students.
George's class will be immediately followed by Flag Alley! Please stay and enjoy the fun!

There is a $5+ suggested donation.
The location is the Little Boxes Theater ( https://littleboxestheater.com/). It is at 1661 Tennessee (Suite 2s) in San Francisco – near 3rd St. and Cesar Chavez.
(Facebook may state that the address is 1699. It is not - it is 1661. There is a huge white "1661" over the front door, you can't miss it!)
ACCESS: Look up "Little Boxes Theater" on the outside keypad and ring to be let in. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. Follow the hallway to the end, where there is an option to go left or right. Go right almost to the end to Suite 2s on the right.
There will be signs to direct you on each step of the way.
PARKING: There is ample on-street parking. Parking across the street is an option. The spots are for the businesses, and are marked "No Parking", but no one has ever had a problem. Use at your own risk 🙂. Do not block any of the loading docks or doors.
TRANSIT: From the Powell Muni/Bart station, take the 15 Express Muni to 3rd and Marin. Little Boxes Theater is two short blocks away.
