– improving your flexibility and balance
- increase your core strength
- improve your circulation
- keep your body feeling relaxed and well through learning to move and breathe with awareness.
Over the six weeks of the course, you will learn a 12-move sequence and by the end be able to guide yourself through the whole practice.
The course runs from 8th October to 12th November 2025, 7.15 to 8.30pm at Bodhicharya Buddhist Centre in Rochester.
Stuart McLeod is a Level Three teacher of TMW and a qualified Qigong Instructor with Long White Cloud Qigong. He has taught TMW to hundreds of students both in person and online.
