Sherri Darlene, founder of J4BL, organized and facilitated the massive peaceful rally on June 6th 2020, which drew thousands in support of justice for blacks lives. Sherri's authentic and unapologetic approach to advocacy has been widely recognized and celebrated. Known for her unique, speaking style she has been crowned as "The Queen of Authentic Anti-Racism Education"

Sherri, doesn't stop at anti-racism education, from women's wellness, to relationships, to healing the soul she is passionate about making the world a better place.

She currently sits as (chair) of the Niagara Falls Anti-Racism Committee, and sits on several advisory committees where she plays a key role in modernizing outdated policies and procedures. She is an official partner of the Niagara Falls Public Library, collaborates with local politicians and law enforcement to promote effective, lasting change within the community.
Sherri, has been a guest speaker on numerous local and international platforms, including Niagara Leadership Summit For Women, Niagara Folk Arts Multicultural Center, and Niagara's Juneteenth Festival. Sherri has received honors such as "Hometown Hero" and "Model Citizen" and her historical June 6th 2020 rally holds a permanent exhibit space in The Niagara Falls History Museum.
