Kirtan - sacred mantra is a beautiful way to connect with and honour the essence of who we are.
As we sing the names of the Gods and Goddesses, it's as if we're being washed of self limiting thoughts and attitudes, leaving us with a remembrance and a sense of union with our Truth.
