GOJU RYU Self Defence 6 Weeks Course

We've designed a 6 Weeks Programme where we combine Self-Defence with Fitness for Adults in a friendly environment.

It incorporates block, strikes, Ground Defence and Pressure Points.
It is suitable for absolute beginners as well as to a more advanced practitioners.

It will be conducted by our Chief Instructor Sensei H Gabriel (6th Dan Goju Ryu) who has over 35 years teaching experience in Martial arts.
