We will bake a mini dome cake for you which you will fill with jam & buttercream and then decorate as a very cute turtle. Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered.

How to:
- fill a dome cake with jam and buttercream
- make the perfect domed shell with sugarpaste (fondant)
- imprint icing to make the shell pattern
- paint colour onto the shell
- glaze the shell
- model the turtle head and legs
- use modelling tools
- make edible 'sand' (from cake)
- store and transport your cake.
