Join Lisa Buckley for this 90 minute, accessible workshop for all abilities and experience, exploring a key element of our Hot Tribe flow classes: the Vinyasa.
This series of movements is often used to link sequences together, it’s a great way to warm up the body, raise the heart rate and most importantly, helps to align movement and breath.

*What will I learn?*
Together, we’ll explore the alignment of individual postures that make up the vinyasa and understand how they link together to form the flowing vinyasa movement.
We’ll work with different variations and options to assist you in building strength for the full variation, and further to create a stable and strong base for many arm balances.
Finally, we’ll ‘find our flow’ by combining vinyasas into sun salutations and a short energising sequence to put your new found skills into practice.

Whether you are new to yoga and looking to master this key element of your vinyasa flow practice, or you’re a regular practitioner looking to build strength in your practice as a base for arm balances and other postures, this workshop is for you.
