25th Butterfly Festival at The Watershed Institute

Join us at our 25th Annual Watershed Butterfly Festival

We can’t wait to welcome you to our 25th Annual Butterfly Festival, a family fun celebration to share the wonders of nature! Adults and children can learn about watersheds and the need to protect our rivers, lakes, and streams through educational hands-on exhibits. Food and drink will be available for sale, including a water truck provided by New Jersey American Water, and you can purchase butterfly wings and other fun items at the Watershed Gift Shop. This event celebrates butterflies and other insects while encouraging everyone to get outside and have fun together.

This event will feature:

- Butterfly House Tours
- Butterfly and Insect Parade
- Live Music: Tony and the Trees Band
- Animal Exhibits by "Eyes of the Wild Animal Show"
- Science Exhibits
- Circus Performances
- Crafts
- Hayride Tours
- Performances from Sprout U School of the Arts

- Parking will be on-site at The Watershed Center
- Dogs are not permitted at the Butterfly Festival
- Bring your reusable water bottle and fill it up at the New Jersey American Water H2O on The Go Van
