Each week combines:

• Why resistance training is non-negotiable after 60
• The role of muscle as metabolic medicine
• NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis) – more movement, more health



WEEK 4 – Rest and Digest

Topic: Stress, Cortisol & the Impact on Insulin
• How stress and sleep sabotage blood sugar
• Practical tools for relaxation, down-regulation, and better rest
• Breathing techniques and movement for the parasympathetic system



WEEK 5 – Brain Gains

Topic: Mental and Emotional Wellness for Longevity
• The insulin-mood-cognition connection
• Managing emotions through body-based tools
• Connection, purpose, and resilience as wellness tools



WEEK 6 – Your Inner Doctor
