Carmen leads an hour long Integral Yoga Hatha class with extended meditation and a beautiful sunset!

This is a donation based pay what you can community class! Your donations help to pay our amazing teachers and keep the classes running!

We meet on the most southern point of Tybee island to get a beautiful view of the sunset.

Please do not bring a yoga mat, as it's difficult to get sand off a sticky mat! A beach towel works well, but a Mexican blanket or tapestry is ideal 🙂
Bring/wear:
Sunscreen
Bug spray in case of sand gnats!
Loose, comfortable clothing and/or bathing suit
Metal or plastic water bottle
Don't bring/wear:
Yoga mat
Tight or restrictive clothing
Glass bottles or mason jars (Tybee island police can fine you for having glass)
