Pack Leaders: Please encourage ALL of your leaders, committee members and any parents who might be available to assist with sign up nights to attend this meeting! We must have AT LEAST one person from each Unit attend to understand the process and share information.
If you don't already have a Membership / New Member Coordinator for your Unit, do you have any parents you can ask to serve in this role ONLY for August and September?
Troop leaders: Our Units will need your help too! We're focusing on Pack recruiting in August and September, but we will be shifting our focus to Troop recruiting afterwards!
BRING WITH YOU:
- Unit one-page handout (that you will share at school nights and/or 1st meeting)
- A sample of your planned kids’ activity
- A printed copy of your calendar (this could be included with your unit one-page handout or separate)
