Wellness Hacks is a space for self exploration, expression and increasing awareness. We are going to focus on a few mindfulness drills including breath meditation. In addition, we are going to share with you some health hacks .

We will be meeting every other Wednesday at 7:00 pm at Bab Initiative premises starting from the 21st of May.
