Join us for a free* philosophy talk based on our August theme of the month: Saucha / Purity or Cleanliness

Saucha or Cleanliness/ Purity is the first of the Niyamas and a chance for us to start to look at what we put into our body and our mind. Through this Niyama we are reminded of the ways that we might look at our environment and our inner world and consider different techniques or perspectives or practices to help us cleanse, purify and prepare ourselves for greater clarity and purpose.

There are so many perspectives and ways that we can look at this Niyama, and incorporate what it's asking of us in our day to day lives.

Join us for an hour unraveling Saucha through reflecting on your yoga practice and the way you approach life and how this Niyama can play a role for you on and off your mat.

Please bring pen and paper or a journal.

There will opportunity to ask questions as part of a facilitated discussion.
