Inspired by belly dance, AnneCorrine (or Anne) decided to study dance as a graduate student, as a way to inform her teaching. Along the way, she gained the information she sought as an instructor and has continued her training in yoga, fitness, and wellness.
Exposed to belly dance in 1994, in Durango, Anne has never stopped!!! It rocked her gently through her pregnancies and now is an important piece of her ongoing, personal, exercise therapy. She leads the collaborative group, Troupe Verde, of Montezuma county in classes and performances in Dolores and the area and is a proud Shimmy Mobster!
