Arctic Ecosystem Change and Policy

The Oak Creek Public Library is excited to host a Badger Talk by Alyson Fleming. This talk gives an overview of the Arctic ecosystem, the changes that are occurring there, and the policy structures—both domestic and international—that govern this unique environment.
