Women’s Self Defense Workshop

In this 2 hour workshop, we will focus on situational awareness, breaking contact from grasps and grabs, escapes from bad positions both standing and on the ground, proper fall technique, and striking, arm/shoulder/wrist locks and chokes to subdue an attack. We will teach basic techniques and movements that are effective and can be built upon.
