Date: Sunday 27th of July 2025
Time: Registration 9:15 a.m., play starts 10:00 a.m., finish by 2:30 p.m.
Venue: Newcastle PCYC, Young Road, Broadmeadow.
Format: The tournament will be in the βSwissβ format (it is not a knock-out β everyone plays in all rounds). Modified pairings will be employed to reduce the likelihood of strong adults playing novice juniors.
Time Limit: Chess clocks will be used, 15 minutes per player per game.
