In a fast-moving world, the most powerful gift we can give ourselves is our own presence. �

It’s about slowing down. Listening to ourselves and taking a moment to just breathe.

How would it feel to be gentle with yourself?

� Practice self-compassion. Speak to yourself with the same love and understanding you’d offer a friend. You deserve grace too.

� Be present and kind to yourself.

� Give yourself time to “just breathe” for a period of time each day. Even 2 minutes can be a great reset to your nervous system.

� Tag someone who makes you feel seen.

� Share a way you’ve been kind to yourself lately.
