Please join us next Thursday for a free lunch at 11:30 followed by a one hour CE from the wonderful Hannah Coffman!

This presentation will focus on the foundational aspects of play therapy, including defining play and understanding therapeutic applications. In particular, this training will focus on child-centered play therapy (CCPT), including its theoretical underpinnings, structure, and application in clinical practice. The course will provide guidance on how to create an effective play therapy environment, including how to establish appropriate boundaries with children using developmentally sensitive techniques. The training will also outline the requirements for becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) through the Association for Play Therapy (APT).
