Chakra Activation

Pre-payment is required of $33. There will be a short discussion about the chakras. This is an interactive class where we will chant the sound of each chakra to clear and align them. During the chanting we will set in chairs, upon going through the 7 chakras we will lay down for 15 minutes. After that a grounding tea will be provided to every one. Please bring a yoga mat and a notebook. Only 6 spots.
