This August, the Otago Settlers Association’s Tuesday Club welcomes Seán Brosnahan, Toitū Curator and Will McKee, Toitū Exhibitions Developer, to speak about the experience of creating Journey to New Edinburgh.
Journey to New Edinburgh was a massive undertaking, involving countless hours of filming across southern New Zealand, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, and England. Between 2023 and 2025, over 14 hours of footage was published in the Journey to New Edinburgh and Pioneer Stories from Southern New Zealand documentary series. Seán and Will join us to reminisce on some of the incredible experiences they had while putting this project together.
This event begins with refreshments and an opportunity to chat with Otago Settlers Association members.
