Our first day of summer boot camp was awesome! These dancers showed up to work!
We had a nice warm up, good stretch, hit abs and core hard, followed by detailed work on battement technique.
Join us Thursday for an upper body workout out, tilt kick and jump pointers, and pirouette fine tuning!
