Ask Before You Splash Tie Dye

Come creatively build your everyday consent together with HCWC and YTF! Participants get one white t-shirt to put on over their clothes and one bottle full of tie dye to spray each other with. The catch is everyone has to get and give informed consent. Learn how to communicate exactly what you want by telling the other participants where and how to spray your shirt with tie dye and remembering to always ask others before you spray them. Once everyone's shirts are tie dyed, we'll discuss what it was like to practice getting and giving consent and how we can take these skills into our day-to-day lives. We'll finish up by handing out boxed lunches to-go and you'll leave with a one-of-a-kind shirt to remind you that consent is always in style!
