Wine Knock Out Challenge

Sommelier Trevor Crough wants a challenge. More accurately, he wants to challenge you. He has set up wine bracket - three reds and three whites - to challenge your ability to identify grape varieties and your bias for or against certain wines.

Participants will blind taste the wines, comparing and contrasting them in efforts to identify them, and will score them according to personal preference. Once the scores are tallied, Trevor will reveal the wines and give insight into their characters based on grape variety and winemaking style.

This class will allow participants to test their skills of wine knowledge and perception, though the only requirement is an open mind. Two of the reds and two of the whites will be popular wines, while the third one of each will be something you've (probably) never tried. And it might become your new favorite.

All participants will be entered in a drawing to win a bottle of the wine with the highest score.

This event is sure to be a fun and engaging opportunity for both newcomers and connoisseurs to grow in their appreciation of wine.
