Boots On The Ground Celebration of Community Health

Your "Boots on the Ground" community health centers, Affinity Health Center and North Central Family Medicine invite you to a celebration of community health Friday, August 8th from 5 pm-7pm at Fountain Park in downtown Rock Hill. This free family friendly event features community resources, face painting, line dance contest, balloon animals, and more!
