Sip and Stroll

Fit4Mom and Friends of Old Town are teaming up in an effort to build community and support local businesses. We are inviting local moms to join in a stroller walk on the walking mall- offering a chance to meet more local moms, get some steps in, and enjoy our beautiful town.

We’d love for any mamas available to join! No Fit4Mom membership required. This is a community event meant to bring moms together

Moms of any stage of motherhood invited (new moms, empty nesters, moms of school-aged kids, expecting mom, moms of loss, anyone!)

Feel free to bring the kiddos or just yourself!

We know how isolating motherhood can be. Having a community who can support and understand you is essential. Let’s build that community, one step at a time!
