Looking to improve your balance, flexibility, and overall well-being? Join us for a Tai Chi Pop-Up hosted by Southpaw Martial Arts and presented by Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists & Orthopedic Urgent Care as part of the “Fit For All” series.
Tai Chi is one of three traditional internal martial arts and is designed to enhance hip mobility, body alignment, balance, and deep breathing. During this session, participants will work on low-impact movements and a basic flow form designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Come enjoy the calm, peaceful environment of Moncus Park while moving your body and clearing your mind. Don’t forget to bring a mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing!
