Somatic tools for reducing anxiety. This is not therapy, but using your body to manage anxiety. Improvement can happen immediately. This material is based in Feldenkrais, aikido, and the work of Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing).. You don't need to know any of that to use it, but some folks prefer to see me "show my work". There's a lot of good science behind this.
