In this workshop you will learn more about herbal smudge sticks and their origins, what to use them for, how to use them and what herbs to use.
We will start with a calming mindfulness exercise, and then immerse ourselves into the process of creating your smudge sticks , finding it calming and therapeutic, taking you away from the worries of the world, being present in the moment.
You will make your own beautiful personalised smudge sticks, using locally grown herbs, while sipping on a calming relaxing herbal tea.
This event runs for 2hrs in the calming and peaceful surrounds. $85 per person.
