Nature’s Innate Wisdom

Nature has a unique pulse, a pattern, or a pace, that for many, promotes peacefulness. Are you struggling with a decision, searching for a new path, or just needing a fresh perspective that feels a bit more (insert your adjective here)?

Join us for this free 90-minute mindfulness invitation to slow down, relax and breathe in the healing rhythms of the natural world.

We will start with a short journaling session, create a safe space for self-exploration, set an intention, and then take a slow and easy 20-minute walk in the cool forest or grassy meadow, while listening and allowing nature’s innate wisdom to guide us.

Please bring a journal to write in. Drinking water, bug spray, a snack, and sturdy footwear are also recommended.

This class is FREE and open to the public. Meet at the Visitor Center. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
